Founded in 2001, La Fabrique du Smoked Meat Inc. has quickly become the reference in Quebec for smoked meat. Our secret: we use beef brisket AAA top quality, macerated, spicy with our natural spice mix and smoke in our artisan smokehouse of St-Isidore de Beauce. Our meat, which contains no preservatives, is then cut with a knife according to tradition by our master cutters. Result: a generous sandwich on rye bread accompanied our delicious home fries, coleslaw and a pickle. Connoisseurs will be delighted. For the most insatiable appetites, La Fabrique du Smoked Meat also offers you a variety of grilled steak grilled to the point, boudin, home through the delicious pork ribs marinated. Everyone will feast. We therefore expect in our restaurant for a fine dining experience with ease!
